Ahead of the 2024 Season, both the team principal and technical director of Haas have left the team.
After nearly 10 years in the role, and reported as the main instigator to bring Haas into Formula 1 back in 2014, the iconic Guenther Steiner will leave the team this year.
The Director of Engineering, Ayao Komatsu, will be stepping up to replace him.

Komatsu has over 20 years of Formula 1 experience, covering both management and engineering roles. The team feel as though his expertise will be better suited in the leading role for the team going into 2024, in the hopes of bringing their performances up the grid.
